
Founder's Story
My encounter with yoga started after I had my baby in 2012, when my doctor suggested that I go to yoga because of my health problems such as inexplicable pains, frequent sprains and heart palpitations. After about a year of regular practice, my body seemed to be reborn without the heaviness I felt before. After that, I became more and more interested in the mysteries of the human body, and until now I have been keeping on learning and exploring the secrets of the body and mind!
