Our Program

Our program is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, Sports Rehabilitation and Breathing Meditation. Designed for the fast-paced, sedentary modern man, the program repairs shoulder and neck injuries, low back strain and pelvic malalignment through therapeutic rehabilitation exercises.
